Digest & Glow is ideal for regulating the entire digestive system, not just the intestines, in order to gently restore regular digestive comfort. - Inulin is a type of soluble fibre commonly found in a variety of vegetables. Instead of being digested by the stomach, inulin travels to the intestine, where it acts as a prebiotic. - Prebiotics help to nourish and increase the number of good bacteria in our digestive system. Taking probiotics in parallel, which have been shown to have an effect on the digestive transit (increase in the number of stools, digestive comfort, feeling of having a flatter stomach, cleansing effect). - Probiotics are very effective in preserving the intestinal flora and gently restoring regular transit. This is why Digest & Glow can be taken alongside all our other formulas containing probiotics. - 2 capsules 15 minutes before meals if needed. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. - Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25 °C. Protect from light. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
